Recently, Hangzhou Zhongtai Cryogenic Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou RefineTek Co., Ltd. signed a procurement contract for LNG BOG helium extraction and hydrogen extraction of Shanxi Fengsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. RefineTek is responsible for the design, manufacture and commissioning of LNG BOG helium extraction system. The LNG plant has a daily processing capacity of 3 million cubic meters of natural gas, and is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of about 400,000 cubic meters of helium from LNG BOG, accounting for about 1.4% of the current annual demand for helium in China.
The LNG BOG helium extraction device independently developed by RefineTek uses membrane separation and PSA coupling and realizes the perfect separation of hydrogen and helium based on hydrogen absorption alloys, and obtains two high-purity gases, hydrogen and helium, respectively.
As a new player in the field of LNG BOG helium extraction in China, RefineTek has been recognized by customers for its compactness, safety, stability, high efficiency, high standards and high cost performance. At present, in the field of LNG BOG helium extraction, RefineTek has signed a total of 5 sets of devices, and the quality of helium products is stable, and various indicators have reached the international standard of 6N (grade 6, 99.9999%mol) ultra-pure helium.
